Dottie is an invite only social app that turns shared interests into real world plans. We help you meet the right people at the right time, from concerts and cold plunges to pottery nights, run clubs, and everything in between.

For many years we were in Toronto’s nightlife, organizing guest lists, VIP tables, and nights out that brought people together. With over 15 years of experience in software development and deep roots in the entertainment industry, we saw first-hand how great experiences spark real friendships. We also knew those connections could happen anywhere - at a live show, on a hiking trail, during a workout, or while sharing a meal.

Vision

We envision a world where cities feel more human, where meeting new people doesn’t require endless swiping or forced small talk. Dottie empowers the next generation to create spontaneous, meaningful connections through shared activities, not algorithms.
